Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• "Company" means 1018 DEUT DESIGN.

• "Customer" means the customer of the Company.

• "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the Company to the Customer.

 

Payment
Payment is pre-authorised at the time of order. No goods will be provided without payment. Since the jeans are specially made for the customer, payment will be processed via the chosen payment method when the order is placed.

We use Stripe's secure payment gateway; Stripe handles the transaction on our behalf, so we do not have access to the full payment details, except for the address needed to fulfill the order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 

Delivery Time
If the ordered items are in stock, they will be dispatched promptly. For domestic orders within Canada, we use Canada Post; for international shipments, we use Canada Post’s international delivery service unless otherwise instructed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Notice
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Some orders may experience customs delays, which are beyond our control and cannot be predicted. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Stock
If items ordered are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. 1018 DEUT DESIGN maintains limited stock at our facility, and some orders may be placed in a queue for manufacturing. If this is the case, we will try to inform you of the estimated delivery time.

 

Claims
Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing to 1018 DEUT DESIGN within seven working days of delivery. 1018 DEUT DESIGN shall be given reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made, and the Customer shall, if requested in writing or verbally by 1018 DEUT DESIGN, promptly return the claimed goods and any packaging materials securely packaged to 1018 DEUT DESIGN for examination.

 

Liability
If the Customer establishes that any goods have not been delivered, were delivered damaged, or are of incorrect quantity, 1018 DEUT DESIGN may, at its discretion, replace the goods with similar items or issue a credit for the invoice value. If the Customer establishes that any goods are defective, 1018 DEUT DESIGN may, at its discretion, replace them with similar goods or issue a credit for the invoice value. The liability of 1018 DEUT DESIGN to the Customer under this condition shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice value of the goods.

 

Returns
Under Canadian distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the items are in their original condition with all tickets and tags attached. 1018 DEUT DESIGN offers a 30-day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. All refunds exclude postage costs, except in cases where an error was made by us.

Product Specifications
1018 DEUT DESIGN reserves the right to alter specifications listed on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade, and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected by these adjustments.
